Used in conguction with the Twice As Sharp® scissors sharpening system. Corrugating - Sharpen the blade to be corrugated on the Twice As Sharp® (usually about 25°) scissors sharpening system. Put the scissors blade into the clamp and on the arm on the Corru-Gator in the "Hone Right" position. Start Corrugating - Start at the pivot at a slight angle. Flatten blade on Corrugating Wheel - Move the blade flat against the corrugating wheel. Let the corrugator spiral cut wheel pull the scissors blade across the face of the wheel. Maintain light pressure while keeping the blade flat against the wheel. When the tip of the scissors blade is in the middle of the corrugating wheel remove it from the wheel.
